Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service (hereinafter 'Regulations') define the rules for using the services provided by Vector Sales Solutions UAB, with its registered office at Gedimino pr. 1, 01103 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter 'Service Provider').
- These Regulations are intended for business clients (entrepreneurs) and govern the terms of providing consulting services in the field of sales optimization and management.
- By using the Service Provider's website or engaging in its services, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Regulations.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations. Users will be informed of any changes through a notice on the website.
§ 2. Definitions
- Platform – The online platform available at vectorsales.lt, operated by the Service Provider.
- User – An entity (entrepreneur) using the Services provided by the Service Provider on the basis of a separate agreement or by using the Platform's functionalities.
- Account – Not applicable in the current service model. All interactions are based on direct contact and service agreements.
- Services – Consulting, training, and implementation services related to sales process optimization, as detailed in a specific offer or agreement.
- Regulations – This document, the Terms of Service.
§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- The Service Provider offers specialized B2B consulting services, including but not limited to: sales process audits, development of sales strategies, CRM implementation and optimization, and training for sales teams and management.
- The detailed scope, timeline, and remuneration for the Services are specified in a separate service agreement concluded between the Service Provider and the User.
- Information presented on the Platform, including case studies and service descriptions, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of civil law.
- The Service Provider undertakes to perform the Services with due diligence, leveraging its professional knowledge and experience to achieve the objectives agreed with the User.
§ 4. Technical Requirements
- To use the Platform, the User must have a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for any disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Platform, caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the Platform with the User's technical infrastructure.
- The User is responsible for ensuring the security of their own computer systems and data.
§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User
- The User is obliged to provide true and accurate information necessary for the provision of the Services and to promptly inform the Service Provider of any changes.
- The User is obliged to cooperate with the Service Provider in the execution of the Services, including providing access to necessary data, systems, and personnel, as stipulated in the service agreement.
- All intellectual property, including reports, analyses, training materials, and methodologies provided by the Service Provider, remains the property of the Service Provider. The User is granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for their internal business purposes only.
- The User is prohibited from using the Platform or Services for any unlawful activities or in a manner that violates the rights of third parties or the Service Provider.
- The User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information disclosed by the Service Provider during the course of the engagement.
§ 6. Final Provisions
- Any disputes arising from the provision of Services will be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled by the competent court for the Service Provider's registered office.
- The governing law for these Regulations and any service agreements is the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
- In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Lithuanian Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.
